TULIP TOWERS PROJECT

We started the works of the Tulip Towers project located in Erbil, which we pledged to implement and design in a turnkey manner. In this project, which we aim to complete within approximately three years, the preparation of design process continues along with the implementation of the preparatory works on the job site simultaneously.

• The project consists of four towers, each consisting of 40 floors, starting from the ground level.
• The total closed area of ​​the project is about 297,000 square meters.
• The total salable space on the ground and first floors is about 22,900 square meters and includes commercial uses with different characteristics.
• Above the commercial spaces designated for sale, there are four towers comprising 1220 apartments of different sizes and features, with a total area of ​​215.600 square meters.
• The project’s car parking needs are met through four basement floors below ground level with a total construction area of 58,400 square meters.
