“Empire Square and West Wings Residences and Retails Project”, that is having a total construction area of approximately 300,000 m2 on a land of 50,000 m2 in Iraq/Erbil, consists of 4 residential towers each with 30 floors, 4 residential towers each with 22 floors; a mixed-use tower with 25 floors and various number of rental commercial spaces each at different scales. In our project, which we have undertaken on a turnkey basis and which we aim to complete in 900 days, while the design process is still in progress, applications on site have been started simultaneously.
