AUDK AMERICAN UNIVERSITY CAMPUS – PHASE 1

Works within the scope of Phase 1 completed in the University Campus Project, which has a total budget of approximately USD 400,000,000, and designed so that it consists many buildings serving for various kinds of facilities with a total construction area of approximately 300.000m2 on a land of approximately 135,000 m2. In the scope of Phase 1 Executions, construction, decoration and furnishing of the education building having a gross construction area of 36.000m2 and the infrastructural, environmental design and landscaping works including the whole campus area, completed within the framework of turnkey agreement conditions.
