ERBIL INTERNATIONAL HOTEL

Design, rehabilitation and reconstruction, decoration, furnishing, environmental design and landscaping works performed by us within the scope of turnkey agreement to build a 5-star hotel, targeting the re-use of a highly damaged building during the war. In addition to the renewing of the architectural and electromechanical design of the 5-star hotel with 180-beds, and having three main blocks, three restaurants, a conference room and a cinema-theater hall, also the landscaping and interior decoration works are included in the scope of the project. Besides the structural solutions for the hotel structure which had been severely damaged during war time, were in the scope of the contract.
